  9. The following comment is regarding your "iru thalaik koLLi eRumbu" article. Can you please comment on this?

    I have read elsewhere that there is a species of ant called koLLi eRumbu. Due to a genetic aberration some of them have two heads (iru thalai). The two heads are fused at an angle to each other. When it moves the instructions come from both heads (brains) with the result the ant has a difficult time obeying both commands. Hence it goes in a zig-zag direction. Can you relate to this phenomenon? The same dilemma attributed to the thalaivi in muththoLLAyiram and thalaivan in aganAnUru will also apply here. Can you shed some light on this? National Geographic has published some videos wherein a snake has two heads----fused together onto a single body---- a genetic aberration. They showed when it moved it was moving in a zig-zag direction, not the usual wavy movement of a regular snake.
